The centerpiece and namesake of my solo exhibition “RISING SON”, this unique piece best represents the thematic pulse of all of the pieces in my “Heritage” collection - decidedly Asian, using provocative imagery and collage (in this case my first piece with cut playing cards), with a dark and mysterious undertone made to evoke the gritty feel of urban streetscapes.
