48 inches x 60 inches on canvas
Unique piece, acrylic paint house paint and Floetrol
This was one of four large (4’x5’) works I created using fluid paint pours mid-2020. For this piece I started by putting a number of fluid paint colors in a clean dustpan and “pouring” it in a v-shape on the canvas. I then added individual color pours until the piece had both the fluidity and the movement I was looking for. The colors also organically combined to create entirely new colors as well as bubbles caused by differences in the viscosity of the paints.
