The Gold Standard
20 inches x 20 inches
Mixed media with collage, acrylic, paint pen, and spray paint
This was the first square piece added to the “Heritage” collection. I named it “The Gold Standard” not only because of the obvious use of the color in the work, but also because the women portrayed in the piece look like they could be queens from the Far East who possess a regal quality that could be the “standard” other women aspire to attain.
